(1) How to start an eDirectory Project, and what information is needed?
Ans: Our consultants will study the requirement and then recommend the suitable location, display size, and installation method for the eDirectory. Regarding the data collection, we will provide guidelines and suggested format to our customers.
(2) Where should the eDirectory be installed? How much space does it need?
Ans: eDirectory occupies similar amount of space as a traditional Directory. Usually, eDirectory are put near entrances or lift lobbies.
(3) How to collect tenant's information? what kind of data format is needed?
Ans: Usually, tenant information are filled using excel. Company logo and photo will be in PNG or JPG format.
(4) We already have an old eDirectory, can we upgrade it using your new software?
Ans: Our eDirectory Software can be displayed using different size of kiosk/LCD. We welcome existing customers and new customers to upgrade to our latest eDirectory Software
(5) What kind of staff is needed to maintain and opearate the eDirectory Software?
Ans: Our eDirectory automatically turn on/off daily. Therefore, it does not require regular attention. After our inital setting, our customer can arrange an administrator to update content when needed. The Administrator only required to have basic computer word processing knowledge.
